Touchpoint Group collects both Personal Information and Other Information about Users of the Site as described below. For purposes of this Policy, Personal Information is information that Touchpoint Group can directly associate with a specific person without additional information. Other Information is any information that is not Personal Information. Touchpoint Group may combine Personal Information with Other Information, in which case Touchpoint Group will treat the combined information as Personal Information.
Touchpoint Group also may combine Personal Information or Other Information that Touchpoint Group has about you with additional information that Touchpoint Group or third parties collect in other contexts—such as Touchpoint Group’s communications with you via email or phone, or your customer service records. In those circumstances, Touchpoint Group will treat the combined information in accordance with this Policy.
You can visit the Site without submitting any Personal Information. However, as described below, Touchpoint Group automatically collects some Other Information when you visit the Site. Additionally, you may be required to register to gain access to certain Site content. When you do so, Touchpoint Group’s registration process may require you to provide various types of Personal Information, such as your name, username, password, email address, company name, telephone number, and certain additional information. You are not required to provide this information, but if you do not provide it, you may not be able to access certain Site content.
When you visit the Site, web servers automatically collect Other Information about your visit (such as traffic data like IP addresses, time, date, type of browser, type of operating system, and the address of the website from which you entered the Site), which is stored in server logs. Touchpoint Group also collects more specific information about you and your use of the Site (such as the frequency or duration of your visits). Collecting such data may entail the use of software programs, web beacons, pixel tags, third-party tracking technologies, cookies, or other numeric codes used to identify a computer.
A web beacon or pixel tag is an electronic file that usually consists of a single-pixel image. It can be embedded in a web page or in an email to transmit information, which could include Personal Information. For example, it allows an email sender to determine whether a user has opened a specific email.
“Cookies” are small files that are stored on your computer by your web browser. A cookie allows the Site to recognize whether you have visited before and may store user preferences and other information. If you are concerned about having cookies on your computer, you can set your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being set, allowing you to decide whether to accept it. You can also delete cookies from your computer. However, if you choose to block or delete cookies, certain features of the Site may not operate correctly.
Touchpoint Group uses your Personal Information to contact you with information about Touchpoint Group and its products, to respond to your inquiries for additional information, to fulfil your requests, to send you promotional emails and newsletters in a manner consistent with your choices and applicable law, to comply with legal and/or regulatory requirements, and for Touchpoint Group's other business purposes.
Touchpoint Group uses Other Information to help diagnose problems with its web servers, to administer and improve the Site, and to analyze User trends and behaviours. Touchpoint Group may also use Other Information for any other business purpose permitted by law.
Touchpoint Group will not share your Personal Information with any third party for commercial purposes that are not related to Touchpoint Group products and services. Touchpoint Group may, however, share your information with third parties for the purposes described below.
Third-party service providers. Touchpoint Group may disclose Personal Information to third-party service providers for technical and customer support and to help Touchpoint Group manage and improve the Site. These service providers may collect and/or use your Personal or Other Information to assist Touchpoint Group in achieving the purposes discussed in this Policy. For example, Touchpoint Group uses third parties to help target and implement Touchpoint Group email communications. Touchpoint Group also uses third-party platforms to help manage relationships with the people and companies that use the Touchpoint Group Site.
Business Partners. Touchpoint Group may share your Personal or Other Information with Touchpoint Group business partners to fulfil your requests for services; complete a transaction that you initiate; or meet the terms of any agreement that you have with Touchpoint Group or our business partners.
Your direct sharing of Personal Information through the Site and third-party websites. The Site may enable you to share Personal Information directly through the Site. For example, the Site may include a blog to which you may post comments. Please ensure when using these features that you do not submit any Personal or Other Information that you do not want to be seen, collected, or used by other users. In addition, the Site may contain links to third-party websites that incorporate comment and social media features, including the Facebook “like” button and the Twitter “follow” button. If you choose to use these features, you may be disclosing your Personal Information not just to those third-party websites and services, but also to their users and the public more generally. Because these third-party websites and services are not operated by Touchpoint Group, Touchpoint Group is not responsible for the content or practices of those websites or services. The collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal and Other Information will be subject to the privacy policies of the third-party websites or services, and not this Policy.
Legal purposes. Touchpoint Group may use or share your Personal or Other Information with third parties when Touchpoint Group believes, in its sole discretion, that doing so is necessary: (i) to comply with applicable law or a court order, subpoena, request from government or law enforcement, or other legal process; (ii) to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, violations of Touchpoint Group’s terms and conditions, or situations involving threats to Touchpoint Group property or the property or physical safety of any person or third party; (iii) to establish, protect, or exercise Touchpoint Group’s legal rights or defend against legal claims; or (iv) to facilitate the financing, securitization, insuring, merger, acquisition, sale, assignment, bankruptcy, or other disposal of all or part of our business or assets.
De-identified or aggregated information. Touchpoint Group also may share de-identified and aggregated information about Site users.
The Site also may enable third-party tracking mechanisms to collect Other Information over time and across unaffiliated websites for use in online behavioral advertising. For example, third parties may use the fact that you visited the Site to target online ads for Touchpoint Group products and services to you on non-Touchpoint Group websites. In addition, third-party advertising partners might use information about your use of the Site to help target non-Touchpoint Group advertisements based on your online behavior in general. For information about behavioral advertising practices, including privacy and confidentiality, visit the Network Advertising Initiative website or the Digital Advertising Alliance website.
The use of online tracking mechanisms by third parties is subject to those third parties’ own privacy policies, and not this Policy. If you prefer to prevent third parties from setting and accessing cookies on your computer, you may set your browser to block cookies. Additionally, you may remove yourself from the targeted advertising of companies within the Network Advertising Initiative by opting out here, or of companies participating in the Digital Advertising Alliance program by opting out here. The Touchpoint Group Site currently does not respond to “do not track” browser headers.
Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, Touchpoint Group cannot ensure the security of any information you provide, and you do so at your own risk. Once Touchpoint Group receives your transmission, it will make reasonable efforts to ensure its security on Touchpoint Group's systems.
Touchpoint Group will retain your Personal Information for as long as reasonably necessary to accomplish the purposes in this Policy or as required by law.
If you want to learn more about the Personal Information that Touchpoint Group has about you, or you would like to update or change that information, please contact Touchpoint Group by email at email@example.com. You may access, amend, and/or request deletion of certain information to the extent permitted under applicable law.
If you are a California resident under 18 years of age and a registered user of the Site, you may request that Touchpoint Group remove content and information that you post on the Touchpoint Group Site or blog. To obtain removal of such content and information, please send Touchpoint Group an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a short description of the content or information you would like to have removed. Please note that such a request does not necessarily ensure complete or comprehensive removal of content posted by you, since the content and information may remain in our databases, may remain visible in a manner that does not identify you, or may have been re-posted by another user.
If you no longer want to receive marketing communications from Touchpoint Group, please follow the “unsubscribe” instructions that are included at the bottom of each message. Please note that if you unsubscribe from Touchpoint Group marketing communications, you will still receive administrative messages.

If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites and any services that may be accessible through them, have their own privacy policies.
